U Learn Enterprises, Inc. will not be required to treat any submission as confidential, and may use any submission in its business (including without limitation, for products or advertising, or for financial profit) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind.
Furthermore, you understand and agree that your writing and photos are being released to U Learn Enterprises, Inc. for editing and publication; that the legal rights to this content are being transferred to U Learn Enterprises, Inc. for its exclusive use; that you will not re-publish this content elsewhere in print or on the internet; that unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, you will not be financially compensated for your submission; that you agree you are being provided valuable consideration in the form of variable exposure, implied promotion, and in some cases back linking, all to various degrees subject to change; that you agree to indemnify and hold U Learn Enterprises, Inc. harmless for any acts, errors, or omissions on your part; that U Learn Enterprises, Inc. may remove your content at any time and for any reason; and that U Learn Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to not publish any material deemed to be unfit for publication by its own terms, which are subject to change.
