Program Overview:
If the phrase “Do more with less” rings a bell for you, you are not alone! More and more, companies are asking OD professionals to work miracles with increasing accountabilities and business goals, and decreasing budget and resources. And somehow, many of us are doing it!
In this interactive session, we explore the challenges and opportunities in delivering on our HR/training commitments and organizational development initiatives.
Working together we will share experiences, and learn tips, tools, and techniques employed by OD peers across industries to meet the ever-increasing expectations, responsibilities, and demands inherent to our daily work-life.
About Julie
Ms. Ramdial is the President and Founder of U Learn Enterprises, Inc. (ULE). Her business consulting firm focuses on helping organizations identify and address operational and workforce performance issues, converting opportunity for improvement into competitive strengths.
She possesses a depth of business experience and expertise spanning leadership, quality management and training, human resources, operations, organizational and professional development, and consulting. Over the years, her strategic organizational and learning solutions have helped businesses in many industries, including finance, hospitality, transportation, legal, aerospace, medical, and government.
Julie holds a B.A. in International Studies from Barry University. She is a member of The Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD), is a certified Instructional Designer and Trainer, and certified DDI Workshop and Leadership Facilitator.
A firm believer in giving back to her community, Julie volunteers as a Team Chief and Instructor for the City of Sunrise Emergency Response Team (CERT) and is a long-time Broward County School Volunteer in Florida. She also serves as a Board Member for Lady Be Free Resource Center for Women, Inc., a 501(C) (3) non-profit organization.
